Operating Villa M Miyakojima in Miyakojima. We are shaping our living, traveling, and accommodation experiences from around the world into our own hospitality business.

HOSPITALITY BUSINESS
Bringing the guest perspective gained from traveling the world into our own hospitality business.
Based on over 20 years of living abroad and traveling and staying in hotels around the world, I operate two private villas in Miyakojima.
Villa M BAYFRONT YONAHA
A private villa overlooking Yonaha Bay, limited to one group per day. Featuring a pool, sauna, and rooftop bar, it offers a space designed for you to fully enjoy your stay in Miyakojima.
Ryukyu Traditional House Yumata
A traditional detached folk house with a private pool, nestled in a settlement on Miyakojima. This pet-friendly accommodation allows you to experience the everyday life of the island.

1989 – PRESENT
Business experience both domestically and internationally, management, Amazon, outside director, and then entrepreneurship.
My past experience has led to the current business of kenhoshi & Company.
1989-2005
GLOBAL BUSINESS
Engaged in overseas business at JUKI. Experienced business in various parts of the world, including the former Soviet Union and Central Asia, India, Singapore, France, and Romania.
2005-2008
MANAGEMENT
Managed the local Thai subsidiary at MISUMI Group, deepening experience in overseas business and organizational management.
2008-2018
AMAZON
Managed multiple businesses at Amazon Japan, including retail, marketplace, and Amazon Business. Contributed to business growth as a Director and Leadership Team Member.
2019-2025
ENTREPRENEUR & BOARD
Centering on kenhoshi&Company, we provide management support, outside director services, advisory services, and engage in lecturing and writing activities.

Operating Villa M Miyakojima in Miyakojima. Expanding into the domain of owning and operating our own businesses in addition to providing management support.
